Bloom Therapeutic Growth and Healing
This is a great place to add a tagline.
Welcome to Bloom. Whether you are curious about mental health, struggling with difficulties in your own life, or are concerned about a loved one, we are here to help.
We believe that every individual has a unique experience that has led to this moment. Our role is to be a sojourner in the exploration of that path and a guide for the roads ahead.
Specializing in how parts affect the whole means we prioritize versatility. In session we use a blend of psychological models to build a therapeutic relationship that is tailored to the individual. There are many paths to emotional growth and our focus is finding the one most suited to the client.
Everyone experiences struggle and pain in life; our hope is to help nurture growth and allow your true self to bloom through these experiences.

Workplace Stress and Conflict
I am a Marriage and Family Therapist that helps individuals and couples navigate the challenges of modern life. Many clients I work with often feel they have all the outside elements for a happy life, but still struggle with stress, relational problems, self-esteem, and work issues. We explore how roles in family, relational, social, and cultural networks influence the whole person. The client is the expert on their story and my role is to help translate that narrative through our combined knowledge.
I earned my master's in marriage and family therapy in 2014 and have a decade of experience in psychology, mental health diagnosis and treatment, relational counseling, and systemic counseling (including tech and business systems). An educational background in sociology, organizational and traditional psychology, and family therapy has helped me develop a therapeutic lens that investigates not only the individual but the relational, social, and cultural systems that affect that individual.
